Eximia Reality Company Limited
Eximia, a real estate development company, with headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria, is conceived to lead the world through Africa.
The overall objective is to re-define the narratives by challenging the status quo and creating a unique and innovative platform to deliver real estate solutions in Nigeria and eventually Africa.
This flagship brand is supported by Home4Me Nigeria Ltd – focused on affordable housing PPPs with the Federal and State Governments.

Within one year of operation, Eximia has created a respectable project pipeline, including the delivery of The Mews at Katampe, Abuja, and three other ongoing projects in Lagos. The residential developments are located close to the city centers and uniquely tailored to suit the needs of potential buyers and other customers willing to trade size for proximity.
