He graduated from University of Lagos with LL.B (Hons) Second Class Honours (Upper Division) in 1984. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1985 after passing the Bar Examinations at the Nigerian Law School; also with a Second Class Honours (Upper Division). He later obtained the Masters of Law (LL.M) and MBA degrees from the University of Lagos. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, London and Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK. A former Fulbright Visiting Scholar at the Yale Law School, USA, he has attended several high level management training programmes including the Unilever(IMS), U.K,(1196)General Management Programme (GMP) of Ashridge Management College, U.K.(2000), Strategic Leadership Programme of Cranfield University, U.K.(2005), REAL Estate Management Program of Harvard Business School(2010), USA and Senior Financial Management program of the London Business School(2014).

Mr Ogunniran is also a past President and Chairman of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Arbitrators of Nigeria, (1998-2000) Council Member of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce & Industry, and the Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce. He is a frequent speaker at international conferences including the Annual African Property Investment Summit in Johannesburg, South Africa and the African Real Estate Society Conference. He was the Lead Speaker for Africa at the 1st International Conference on Corporate Governance at Shanghai in May, 2010.

In the past 8 years, Mr Ogunniran has changed the narrative of the real estate industry in Nigeria, leading his team to deliver landmark and iconic projects in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan and birthing projects in other cities including Asaba and Calabar. In the area of real estate funding, he led his company to raise over N55Billion through bonds, bridging loans (Commercial Papers) and a DOT based Real Estate Investment Trust.He has also played a major role in driving the African Real Estate Reform Agenda leading sessions at Accra, Cape Town, Johannesburg, London and Lagos.

He is a recipient of many awards including the Federal Government’s Scholarship for High Academic Standing (1981 – 1984), Fulbright Scholarship to YaleSchool, USA (1991/1992), Joint Best Individual Performance in ManagementAccounting in ICSA Final Examinations; Osun State Government of Nigeria’s Merit Award, 2007, ICSAN’s Special Award for Exemplary Service (2009); Kwame Nkrumah Award For Corporate Governance Excellence 2009, Distinguished Chartered Secretary of the Year, 2010; Association of Professional Bodies in Nigeria’s Award for Professional Excellence, 2011 and Global Home Nigeria Property Award’s Property CEO of the Year 2011,Real Estate Unite Person of the Year,2013, the Odua Business Ambassador Awards and named one of the top 20 CEOs of the Listed Companies on the Nigerian Stock Exchange for 2013.

He is happily married to Dr. Iyabode Ogunniran also a Lawyer and they are blessed with three lovely children.

Idowu Bamitale Omole is a professor of International relations, educational administrator, and former Vice Chancellor of Obafemi Awolowo University, Osun State, Nigeria. He bagged his M.Phil and Doctorate (Ph.D) degrees in International Relations from the University of Bordeaux, France. He speaks and writes in French fluently. In 1991, he obtained a diploma in International Law and Organization for development from the Institute of Social Studies, The Hague, Netherlands.

He began his career as an Assistant Lecturer in 1986 at Obafemi Awolowo University and rose through the ranks to be appointed a Professor of International Relations. He was appointed as the 10th vice chancellor of Obafemi Awolowo University in June, 2011. As part of his numerous academic, administrative and public policy assignments, Omole has extensively lectured in Africa, Europe, the Americas and Asia. He has also served as a Technical Consultant to various international organizations. Prior to becoming Vice-Chancellor, he was at various times Head of Department of International Relations, Vice Dean of the faculty of administration and Dean of the Faculty of Administration.

He served for two terms on the University's Governing Council. His areas of teaching and research interest are - International economic relations, International relations of the Francophone states, African government and politics, Regional integration and International development. He was a Visiting Scholar at the Korea Foundation and the University of Bordeaux. He was the National Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) returning officer of the August 2014 Osun State.

Faith is an accomplished Banker with over 30 Years’ experience in driving complex high-level business transformation and change management initiatives.

Her national assignment as Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer (GMD/CEO) of Mainstreet Bank Limited, was one of the most ambitious corporate turnarounds in the history of Nigeria’s financial services industry, leading the management team of the bank to successfully transform a failed bank into one of Nigeria’s most profitable financial institutions within eighteen (18) months.

Prior to this assignment in 2011, Faith was Deputy Managing Director at United Bank for Africa (UBA) PLC. She commenced her rich career path in UBA in 1984 during her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), before moving to Ecobank Transnational Incorporated (ETI) in 1991.

While in Ecobank, she rose to the position of General Manager and thereafter joined the consolidated UBA in 2005 as Executive Director (ED). As ED, Faith played vital roles in executing the Bank’s growth aspiration across Nigeria; leading strategic initiatives towards the extension of the Bank’s footprints across Africa and Europe.

As a leader, she has mentored several leaders within and outside the financial services industry who currently play leading roles in private and public sector organizations in Nigeria.

In recognition of an exceptional career and remarkable achievements in national assignments – particularly the turnaround of Mainstreet Bank Limited, she was honoured with the National Merit Award of Officer of the Order of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (OFR).
